I bought this case in August 2020. It arrived in good condition, light-weight and very convenient.
Early January 2021, one of the locks broke. I emailed Thomann but got no reply.
In February 2021, the small plastic piece in the middle broke. I emailed Thomann and got a reply. I sent the case off for repair.
Today the case was delivered back. The small plastic piece in the middle has been repaired. The lock is still broken and has not been repaired. The second lock is now broken too.
It is now obvious that this product is nowhere near the quality that was advertised, and that the repair workshop is not able to provide the expected service. I have therefore requested a refund.
