I use this as bag form the Soundcraft Notepad 12fx mixer. There's still a bit of room in the main compartment for leads but once you have the mains lead and maybe an SM58 alongside its nice and snug and no chance of moving around. Plenty of protection too. The main front pocket holds plenty as well. It's got 2 section once you open up that section (a pocket within a pocket if you will) and then you have the smaller zipped pouch in front of that as well. So in essence you have the main compartment for your mixing desk, then the main zipped front pocket which houses 2 independent sections and a further smaller zipped front pocket. So to give an idea what I can fit into my bag:

Main pocket:
Soundcraft Notepad 12fx mixer
Soundcraft mains lead
3 x SM58 mics

Main front pocket:
(Larger insert)
3 x xlr cables or 1 large retractable extension lead (10 metres)

(Smaller insert)
4/5 3.5mm cables or a few xlr cables

Small front pocket:
Currently empty but could fit a few more small cables.

Yup I fit all of that into this small bag.It's a very versatile piece of kit and a great alternative for mixing desks that don't have specific cases made for them. I also fits the Yamaha MG10XU mixing desk easily enough. Thats probably more snug that the Soundcraft. Highly recommended case.
