(Before installing them) I can imagine that on my classical guitar, which I use 90% of my gigs connected to an amplifier, passing through a Fishman pre-amp, will sound very good.
(After installation) I liked at first their generous "Tension", which somehow vibrates without too much amplitude, and at the same time, the material feels very flexible, flat-wound strings are what motivated me, to buy. They are not nylon but they sound very, very similar to Nylon. Another important point is the tuning: I installed them no more than 10 minutes ago and tuned them a couple of times and they do not go down in pitch, as usually happens with conventional strings.
(15 hours later) The tuning is only slightly down (around 1/8 of a tone). The bass strings do not sound as deep as Savarez or D’Adario, but because I play this guitar mainly plugged, I can control the bass more easily than regular nylon strings.
Later: I had a gig last Saturday and I tested my guitar with this new set of strings. As I suspected this set sounded great with the amplification. I was able to control more the mid-low frequencies than with normal nylon strings. I love them because... even when playing jazz, blues, or rock solos was easier to emulate the sound needed, through my classical guitar. I Highly recommend to give them a try.
