Pros
+ Very comfortable
+ Extremely easy to adjust the height on the go
+ Stretches just enough to give you that "suspension" feel and alleviate impact, but not enough to be bouncing or anything bad.
+ Seems to be Vegan (not so sure on the part with the holes, but that looks like faux-leather. I consider this a major pro)
+ Soft, so it's easier to bend and adjust inside the gig bag or even in the stand. I have harder ones that I keep having to remove when storing my bass.
Cons
- Not crazily adjustable on the length; for a 1,87m person with very long arms like me who wants to hang your bass low, perhaps the XL is the correct size. Check the right size for you, as the L (or smallers) sit super nice on normal height for me, but would not hang on waist level.
I use this Marleaux strap in one of my two basses - the heavier one -, while I use another in the lighter one. When I switch them I immediately feel the difference.
This strap is wide and comfortable and has a bit of "give" - it stretches a bit, which softens the direct impact on your shoulder.
I am 1,87m and the size is good for me on most settings, but I sometimes play rock music and I would like to position the bass much lower, Ramones style... and for that, the size is not ideal. If you're as tall as me (or taller) and like to hang your bass really low, maybe go for the XL.
