I use the pedal for my practice E-Drum. For that, it is well suited. It has velcro at its underside (which a lot of pedals do not have nowadays), making it perfect for drum rugs supporting velcro. It is very stable and does not slip. The pedal itself allows for slight side to side movement of the footboard, however, whilst unpleasant, it is not too much of a problem when playing. The mechanism is ok for a pedal of this price range, but of course, it cannot compare to more expensive pedals. Also, I found that it produces some noise (e.g. slight screetching-like sounds) when using, which makes it not a good option for recording. In overall, build quality seems sturdy enough.
For beginners, E-Drums for practice purposes or people low on budget, I can recommend the pedal. Here, the plasic side of the beater also helps to preserve the integrity of the mesh heads. In general, I somehow like to think the pedal to be designed for E-Drums.
For live or studio drumsets and more advanced drummers, especially if you are into foot technique, I would consider getting a more expensive option from Tama, DW, Perl or similar. It really pays off to not cut back with hardware prices if you have a professional kit. After all, despite millenium being a good budget option, it still uses cheap material and tends to suffer much more from wear.
