Got this case for a short run of dates around Europe. First off, I could'nt fin any indication of it's weight on the webpage. When it arrived it said that the weight was 16,5 kg - this is totally wrong. We loaded it with one bass (5 kg) + two gibson SG's (less than 3 kgs each) before we left. We tried to figure out the total weight, but thats not easy with such a big box. However, at the airport it weighed over 33 kgs with the bass and the two guitars inside. Max weight for check-in luggage is 32 kgs, luckily we had a gig bag for one of the guitars with us, so we took that out and brought on the plane as carry-on. So don't buy this case if you're gonna send it as checked-in luggage, you'll have to send it as cargo if it has 3 basses in it.
There are two plastic rails on the side of the box, one of them broke after the plane ride, another reason for not buying it if you are planning to send it by air.
We travelled by train to our first gig, there was a couple of changes of trains and a bus ride. It can fit in the most trains and buses, but the wheels are NOT made for outside use - the rubber started cracking up already the first day of travel, and we had to fix it with tape so they would hold the rest of the trip. At least, they didn't fall off.
If I knew the weight I would not have bought it in the first place.
Hope Thoman will put the weight and mark it "only for indoor use" to avoid other customers getting into the same trouble as I did.
On a positive note, it looks kinda cool, and we got a lot of looks rolling that thing around in cities like London and Amsterdam.
