Daddario KV310-4/4M Kaplan Vivo Vn Med.

For a soloist, jazz, fiddle music these strings are long lasting and great sounding, however they start out really metallic sounding. They hold there tune quickly but it takes while before the actually string tone comes out due to the initial metallic like sound. The strings feel a bit rough on the fingers when you first put them on but it is not a problem or uncomfortable. I like them for the brightness and projection for old time fiddle, irish fiddle sound. For a warm classical sound i would look somewhere else. I gave 3 stars for the finish due to the initial rough feeling. But they are great strings my second favorite of all I have tried.
