I ordered this very beautiful bass guitar, a Sadowsky MetroLine. Thomann said, that they only had one left, and it had a little scratch, but I got a 2% refund, so all was fine. When i got it, i was a little surprised, that there were so much noise from it, like a buzz noise. I called them, and they said, that it was normal for a jazz bass. I send them a video, describing the problem, and they still said, that it was normal, "nothing wrong with the bass". Then I went to my local repairman, and he told me what was wrong with the bass, in professional terms. When I told that to the staff at Thomann, they said that I could return it, and they would look at it. I got it back after e few weeks, and problem was solved. Now the only problem was, that the screws that hold the pick-ups get loose when I play. But after so much trouble with the first problem, I didn’t have the energy to complain again, so i just got my local repairman to fix it. But, I bought a bass and spent more than 2500 €, so I expect top quality and no problems what so ever. So for me, it was not the best and most professional experience.
