So I had issues with an audio interface.
Even with input jacks not being used by anything, audio from sound devices was still bleeding through to them as a low frequency stream of garbage. Almost like an echo.
I figured something might have been wrong with the isolation of its standard USB cable so I thought to myself "what about a cable with ferrite chokes? Those should help with isolation, right?"
Yes. Absolutely. No more crosstalk, completely clear recording quality now.
It's a bit of a shame these don't come in longer than 2m length, but depending on your setup that might not be a problem.
