So I was browsing MusicRadar and encountered this review of this synth. The review gave soaring praise for this little synth and I became intrigued. After listening to a few sound previews I knew that I would like to have an incredibly accurate recreation of a Minimoog in my hands and I bought this softsynth.
The main selling point is the accuracy with which Cherry Audio has recreated the Minimoog. Everything is here, even the 440 Hz button you wouldn't need. Miniverse comes stacked with good presets, so if you are on the lazier side you can browse through them until you find what you need.
The only "con" that I can give to this synth is that it doesn't have any effects built in. But it isn't a con, because this is meant to be a recreation that is as accurate as possible.
And the best part?
This costs less than the Moog's official recreation.
I don't see any reason why you shouldn't own this synth, even if you are going to use it only a few times a year. You won't regret this purchase.
