This is my first time using traditional baroque style gut strings, and I am very pleased with them. They were easy to install (though you have to knot the A and D yourself), and they sound very good. They speak much more easily than modern wound strings (though I think this is a general feature of baroque gut strings rather than specific to this brand).
They took a couple of days to stabilise as expected, but they are now surprisingly stable and easy to tune.
The only other thing I would mention is that they have more friction in them than a modern wound string, and so it is worth leading the nut and bridge, and keeping an eye to ensure the bridge is not pulled out of alignment when tuning them up.
