I think that I have been using La Bella 760N Black Nylon Tape for longer than 45 years for sure, and I'm still like it.
I'm a Latin bass player myself, and we, in Latin America, like the bass to play a strong part in the rhythm section of the bands.
The percussive sound that La Bella 760N Black Nylon Tape gives to the bass, is exactly what we, as bass players, are looking for in a bass string sets.
The strings are easy to play and don?t forget, we, Latin bass players, play the bass like another percussion instrument in the bands we play, meaning hitting the bass, storming the bass, trying to get that percussive sound we are looking for to lock with the other percussion players in the section.
The La Bella 760N Black Nylon Tape strings last forever, and when I said forever, I mean forever.
They don?t lose their sound easily...you can have them on your bass for months and months, and they still give you a great sound.
Negative; It would be nice to have a La Bella 760N Black Nylon Tape string set, which sounds a little bit more bright without losing the percussive-bass round sound.
It may sound like a contradiction, but it?s not.
