Ok, so let me start that the pedal itself is beautiful and the build quality is top notch. I have nothing bad to say about the sound quality, but beware! Most online demoes do not do justice how difficult it can be to tame. Modern and Original modes are relatively straightforward (at leats Modern is), but the Vintage one is were the fun begins. It’s dark. Like, so dark that repeats can be barely recognisable. If you let the mix knob above 1/4 you better not play too many notes too fast, cause otherwise the repeats will overwhelm whatever you’re trying to play. If you play with fuzz you need to be extra carful with the mix knob. It can take overdrive/distortion/fuzz, but mostly in Modern mode. Original will work if you spend some time adjusting the knobs. Vintage is hard to dial in but it can be done, depending what you want to achieve.
It’s a cool and unique pedal. But like all OBNE, I guess, it’s not for everyone and it can (and will) get pretty weird. If you’re expecting a more traditional sounding delay look elsewhere. You’ll only get frustrated with this one.
